This Refund Policy explains when a payment for Victor AI can and cannot be returned. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to every purchase made through victorai.com or through the payment methods we offer at checkout.
One thing to know before you read on: card payments are processed by Polar, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, so for those orders a refund is issued by Polar rather than by us. Payments made directly to us — PhonePe, bank transfer, USDT, Paytm and Redot Pay — are returned by us. The rules below about when a refund is due are the same either way; only who pays it back differs. Section 10 of our Terms explains the two routes in full.
Contents
1.Digital delivery and final sale
Once your payment is confirmed your plan starts on your email address. For card orders this happens automatically within seconds of payment; for payments made directly to us it happens as soon as we have verified the transfer. From that moment the service is live and metered: the AI is running on our servers at our cost, against the allowance you have just bought.
That is why a month that has started is not refundable. By completing checkout you request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that a started period cannot be reversed. What you can always do is stop: nothing renews on its own for a direct payment, and a recurring card payment can be cancelled at any time before the next charge.
The same applies to the Lifetime licence. It is a digital licence delivered in full the moment your payment is confirmed — together with any included first month of the Basic plan — so it is a final sale, subject to sections 3 to 5 below. If a Lifetime payment is nonetheless refunded or reversed, the Lifetime licence and its included month end; any plan you paid for separately continues.
This applies regardless of how much of the allowance you actually used. In particular, we do not refund a month because the product turned out not to suit a particular workflow, because it does not perform a task it was never advertised to perform, because of a change of mind, or because of a compatibility problem that our support team is able to resolve with you.
It applies equally where you reach your usage limit sooner than you expected. Every plan carries a daily and a monthly allowance; the plans differ in the size of it, the Basic plan carries the smallest allowance we sell, and how quickly any allowance is used depends on the kind of work you ask for. Section 3.3 of our Terms explains this, our pricing page compares the plans, and the app shows you what you have left at every moment — so that a limit is something you can see coming rather than discover. Reaching one is the plan working as sold, not a fault, and it is not a ground for a refund of the month. If a plan is too small for the way you work, you can move up at any time and the larger allowance applies immediately.
2.Before you buy
Because sales are final, we would much rather answer your questions before you pay than argue about them afterwards. Our website sets out the system requirements, the feature set and the setup process in full, and our WhatsApp channel is open to pre-purchase questions.
If you are unsure whether Victor AI fits what you have in mind — particularly if you are considering it for bulk data processing, unattended automation or other heavy professional operations it is not built for, as described in section 7 of our Terms — please ask us first. We will tell you honestly if it is not the right tool for your purpose.
3.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country in which you live, where that law cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. If such a law gives you a right to a remedy that this policy does not, that law takes precedence and we will honour it.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a fourteen-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement. By asking us to deliver your licence straight away at checkout, you give that consent and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right for the delivered licence.
For card orders, Polar Software, Inc. is the Merchant of Record and therefore the seller for the purposes of those consumer-protection rules. Polar is bound by them and handles statutory refund and withdrawal requests for card purchases. You may raise such a request with Polar directly or with us — if you come to us, we will pass it on and follow it through with you.
4.Delivery and activation problems
If you have paid but cannot download, install or activate the software, that is our problem to fix and we will fix it. Contact us at victorai421@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your payment reference and the email address your access was activated on, and we will resolve it — by restoring your access, providing an alternative download link, or walking you through the setup live, including by remote assistance if you prefer.
In the rare event that we are genuinely unable to give you working access to the software at all, we will refund the purchase in full. Support of this kind does not otherwise alter the non-refundable nature of access that has been successfully delivered.
5.Duplicate and incorrect payments
Direct payments are confirmed by hand, so mistakes occasionally happen. If you have paid twice for the same licence, transferred more than the published price, or sent a payment that was never applied to an order, contact us with the transaction details and we will return the excess to you using the same payment method wherever possible. Duplicate card charges are refunded through Polar on the same basis — tell us and we will arrange it.
We will process such returns promptly once we have verified the transaction. Any bank charge, network fee or currency-conversion cost imposed by the payment provider on the return is deducted from the amount returned, as those costs are outside our control.
6.Bank, network and third-party charges
On a plan, the AI itself is part of your plan and costs you nothing beyond it — there is no separate provider bill to refund, because there is no separate provider account.
On a Lifetime licence used with your own API keys, your AI provider bills you directly. Those charges are between you and your provider; we do not receive them and cannot refund them.
What we cannot refund is money we never received. Bank charges, card foreign-transaction and currency-conversion fees, and crypto network fees are taken by your bank or the network, not by us. If such a charge applies to your payment, it is outside our control and outside what we can return.
The same applies to transaction fees, exchange-rate differences and network charges applied by banks, wallets or cryptocurrency networks when you pay us. Those are set by the payment provider, are not received by us, and are not refundable by us.
7.Cancelling a plan
A plan paid by card is a recurring monthly subscription: it renews automatically and your card is charged again each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time before the next charge, using “Manage subscription” on your account page, which opens our reseller’s own customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges only — your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no cancellation penalty and no charge to start a plan again later.
A plan paid directly through PhonePe, bank transfer or crypto does not recur, and there is nothing to cancel: it simply ends when the month is over.
Either way, cancelling is not a refund of the month already running and we do not calculate a pro-rata refund for a period that has started — see section 1 for why, and section 3 for the statutory rights that apply regardless.
If you hold a Lifetime licence (or the earlier one-time licence), none of this applies to the licence itself. There is no recurring fee, nothing renews, nothing is charged again and it does not expire. A plan you add on top of it is cancelled like any other plan, and cancelling it never affects your Lifetime licence.
8.Changing or ending your plan
You can move to a different plan at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and the new allowance applies from that moment; moving down takes effect at the start of your next period, so that you keep what you have already paid for.
Ending a plan needs nothing from us. Direct payments never recur — the month simply finishes. A recurring card payment can be cancelled at any time before the next charge, and the plan then runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing on your computer or in your account is deleted when a plan ends.
9.Chargebacks and payment disputes
If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us first. We answer quickly, and almost every issue is resolved the same day.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first — or after we have delivered a working access and offered to resolve the issue — will result in suspension or permanent termination of your access and removal from our community channels, and we will provide the payment provider with the delivery and activation records for that order. Where a dispute is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount and any associated costs.
For card orders the dispute is raised against Polar as Merchant of Record, and Polar defends it using the order and activation records we hold. A refund you ask us for is almost always faster and simpler than a chargeback, and it does not put your access at risk — so please ask.
10.How to reach us
For anything relating to a payment, a delivery problem or a refund request under this policy, write to victorai421@gmail.com or message our official WhatsApp support channel. Please include the email address used for the purchase, the payment method, the date and amount, and the transaction reference, so that we can locate your order quickly.
Come to us first whichever way you paid — we can see every order, card or direct, and we answer quickly. If you paid by card and would rather deal with the Merchant of Record directly, Polar’s support is reachable from the receipt they email you, and they also host a customer portal where you can view your order and download your invoice.
