1. Introduction & Overview
Welcome to Victor AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Victor AI desktop software, website, and related services created and published by Punit Pawar ("Creator", "we", "us"), located in India.
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Victor AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the software.
2. Lifetime License Grant & BYOK Model
Upon purchasing the Victor AI Lifetime License and obtaining account activation from the Creator, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal and commercial use license to run Victor AI on your authorized devices.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Architecture:
Victor AI operates purely on a client-side BYOK model. Users provide their own API keys from recognized AI providers (such as Google AI Studio/Gemini, OpenRouter, Groq, and OpenAI). Victor AI does not impose token markups, cloud intermediary fees, or recurring subscription fees for inference. Any third-party API usage fees are governed by and billed directly by your respective API providers.
3. Account Activation & Admin Approval
To maintain system integrity, prevent fraudulent activity, and verify lifetime license purchases, all new user accounts registered via our website or onboarding flow require manual authorization by Punit Pawar.
Once your payment submission or registration is verified in our database, your registered Gmail address will be marked as approved. The Victor AI desktop client automatically syncs this status to unlock full software capabilities.
4. Updates & Maintenance
Your Lifetime License entitles you to receive all minor and major software updates released for the Victor AI desktop platform without any recurring renewal fees. Updates are distributed securely via our automated staging and update channels.
5. Permitted Use & Restrictions
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or lease Victor AI license credentials without prior written authorization.
- You may not use the computer automation, browser control, or agent features to conduct malicious attacks, denial-of-service, or illegal surveillance.
- You are solely responsible for actions performed by autonomous computer control sidecars when triggered on your local machine.
6. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and source code associated with Victor AI remain the exclusive intellectual property of Punit Pawar.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with Victor AI shall be resolved within Indian jurisdiction.
